The Beach House offers a welcoming home-from-home experience, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway. To help you settle in, we provide complimentary drinks, snacks, tea, coffee, condiments, and even our own organic olive oil.

Outside, you’ll find a spacious enclosed garden complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ—perfect for dining al fresco or simply unwinding in the fresh sea air. Inside, the property combines comfort and entertainment, featuring two flat-screen TVs, along with an Xbox, Wii, board games and books to keep guests of all ages entertained.

A beautiful dog-friendly beach is just a five-minute walk away, offering a café, seating areas and convenient parking nearby. The local cinema is just around the corner, while the town centre can be reached within a short walk or drive. You’ll also find The Beck pub and restaurant nearby, along with Cedars Bar, which hosts live sports and entertainment.

Mablethorpe is a traditional family-friendly seaside town, renowned for its Blue Flag beaches and classic attractions including a funfair, golf courses and go-karting. Local attractions such as the Seal Sanctuary and Donkey Sanctuary are popular with visitors, while Skegness is only a 20-minute drive away and offers larger attractions including Fantasy Island. Nearby Sutton-on-Sea is famous for its colourful beach huts, and Grange Leisure Park, with its water park, is just five minutes away.

The Beach House is a wonderful destination throughout the year. During the cooler months, central heating and a cosy wood-burning stove provide the perfect retreat after a refreshing walk along the beach.
